Leading a team of over 450 IT professionals, as the Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO) of The City, he championed effective IT Governance, Enterprise Architecture, ITIL-based process implementations, Business Process Reviews and Application Lifecycle frameworks. His responsibilities also included all aspects of mobility with extensive data and multimedia processing requirements.
